These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Third Coast Renegades website (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

If you contact us through the Site (for example, via a contact form, RSVP, or sponsorship inquiry), you agree that the information you provide is accurate and does not violate any law or third-party rights. You are responsible for the content of your messages.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display any non-confidential information you submit solely to respond to you, operate the Site, and support our business relationships.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services (for example, league pages, event tools, ecommerce providers, or social platforms). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Merchandise sales may be offered through a third-party ecommerce provider (such as Shopify). Purchases, payments, shipping, returns, and customer service for those transactions are governed by the policies presented at checkout and any applicable third-party terms. We are not responsible for outages or errors of third-party ecommerce platforms.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content will be accurate, complete, or current.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, in no event will Third Coast Renegades, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100), or the minimum amount allowed by law, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Third Coast Renegades and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and share information.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
