General league related questions

What are the accepted forms of payment for registration?

Cash, Check, and Credit Card. Please note that there will be a $5 processing fee per $100 charged to credit card.

What is included in registration?

Tackle Football:

  • Personalized custom fitted uniform (Jersey & Pants)
  • Equipment Rental (5* rated helmet  & Shoulder Pads)
  • Insurance

Cheer:

  • Skirt
  • Shell Top
  • Bloomers
  • Socks

When and where is registration?

The registration dates, times and location will be announced in February. There is only one team per division so registration slots may go fast. Continue to check the website and facebook for details.

Where are practices held?

All teams will practice at the same practice field Turtle Run Park  located in Port St. Lucie, FL.

How and when will I be notified if practices are cancelled?

We have various ways to communicate practice and game cancellations. Notifications can be given via  coaches, a league wide text messaging system, facebook and the renegades website.

Which teams do the Renegades play?

The Renegades are members of BCYFCA(Brevard County Youth Football and Cheer Association) will play member teams from our league.

How far do we have to travel?

This depends on the schedule each year. A map of each team and directions from our game field to their game field will be added to our site.

When will we know if a game is cancelled?

We have various ways to communicate practice and game cancellations. Notifications can be given via your coaches, a league wide text messaging system, facebook and the renegades website.

Will the Renegades travel to Tampa to play some of their games?

No, the Treasure Coast Renegades will not be traveling to Tampa to play any regular season football games. All Renegade opponents are from Indian River or Brevard counties.

Will Renegade teams play at different locations on game day?

No, all football and cheer teams will travel and play at the same location on game days.

How many games will the Renegades play?

Hopefully 10 games, which would mean we’re in the championship game! During the regular season, we will play 8 games. The post season consists of 2 weeks of playoffs and 1 championship game.

What’s included with registration?

Do the cheer leaders travel also?

Yes, the cheer leaders will also travel and cheer for their respective teams. Cheer teams will also travel for the BCYFCA cheer competition at the end of the season as well as any potential national tournaments they elect to compete in.
